If you're not satisfied with your order, you can exchange it for store credit (Credit Note) or a different size/item
Exchange Window You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
Processing Time Approved exchanges are processed and shipped back within 10–14 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Conditions Item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Original packaging required.
Sale items are final — no return or exchange.
Damaged or Wrong Item If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we'll sort it out free of charge.
